It's been only a few months since Amazon India launched Prime services, and one of the perks of availing this service was that consumers would get exclusive deals and free one-day or two-day delivery options.
Now, the e-commerce company, in collaboration with OnePlus, has announced an exclusive early buying option for OnePlus 3T on December 12, two days prior to the official December 14 launch.
Interested people just need to go to Amazon India and get registered for the 'Early Access Sale'. Registered users will get an email notification for confirmation. Special OnePlus 3T sale for Prime members is scheduled to be held for one hour from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm on December 12.
The company is selling only a limited number of units, so the sale may not last the entire duration of one hour, as mentioned in the sale offer.
The 3T model is the upgraded version of the original OnePlus 3, which was launched in July.
Key improvements in the OnePlus 3T include processor, front camera, internal storage and battery capacity. It comes with faster 2.35GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 quad-core CPU, which is also said to be 10 percent more efficient than the Snapdragon 820 seen in its elder sibling.
It also houses a 16MP front-camera with Samsung sensor, a huge upgrade over 8MP snapper we see in OnePlus 3.
On the back, it houses the same 16MP primary but with improved image-processing capability.
Another department, which sees an improvement in terms of capacity, is the battery. OnePlus 3T comes packed with 3,400mAh, 13 percent more than the original model. It also boasts Dash Charge technology, which can charge the phone from zero to 60 percent within 30 minutes. It is said to be enough to play more than seven hours of full HD video.
Besides the standard 64GB storage, OnePlus 3T will be offered in 128GB as well. But it will be made available later in the year.
The other features, such as design language, display resolution OS and RAM capacity, remain the same.
