There is a buzz doing the rounds that Telugu actor Allu Arjun is set to become a father.
Some websites have claimed that Allu Arjun's wife Sneha Reddy is expecting their first child. Sneha is said to be five months pregnant and was spotted with a baby bump. However, neither the actor nor his wife has confirmed it.
Allu Arjun and Sneha married in a grand ceremony in March 2011. Earlier in June, speculations were rife that the stylish star and his wife were heading for a divorce. But Bunny (Allu Arjun is fondly referred by this name) refuted the divorce rumours and said that he is happily married. He had also announced plans to have kids soon.
"Both me and Sneha are madly in love ever since we started seeing each other and are happily married. Though I am habituated to rumors being in the show business for so long, Sneha and her family are yet to get used to them. To all my yellow media friends, we are happy in our relation and planning to have kids in few years," Allu Arjun said while speaking to a Television channel.
It looks like his words have come true much sooner. As a doting husband, the "Iddarammayilatho" actor is reportedly spending more time with his wife.
Post the success of "Iddarammayilatho", Allu Arjun is working in "Race Gurram", directed by Surender Reddy of "Kick" fame. The film's shooting is currently progressing at a brisk pace.
The Allu Arjun starrer, deemed as a family entertainer, is expected to release in January during Sankranti.
The actor will also be seen in a special appearance in Ram Charan's "Yevadu". The film might release in December or January. An official confirmation is still awaited in this regard.
