Allu Arjun is set to make his debut in Bollywood with a guest appearance in director Remo D'Souza's Hindi film, "Any Body Can Dance 2" (ABCD 2).
"ABCD 2" is a sequel to hit Bollywood 3D dance film, "Any Body Can Dance". Written by Mayur Puri and Tushar Hiranandani, the sequel explores the struggle of choreographers Aryan Suresh, Vinnie and Vernon. How they win the World Hip-Hop dance championship will form the crux of the film.
Varun Dhawan, Shraddha Kapoor, Prabhu Deva, Lauren Gottlieb, Raghav Juyal, Dharmesh Yelande and Salman Yusuff Khan are playing pivotal roles in "ABCD 2". Now, a source close to Allu Arjun has revealed that the actor has been roped in to make a special appearance in the movie.
"Arjun will be playing Aryan Chauhan. It's a guest role where he'll showcase his dance moves. It was at the behest of choreographer-director Prabhudeva that he agreed to be part of the film. He has already shot his portion," IANS quoted the source as saying.
Allu Arjun, who is known for setting his own style statements, is one of the best dancers in Telugu film industry. He has impressed viewers down South with his unique moves, ease and dancing skills. "ABCD 2" is a dance film and his addition to its star cast is sure to increase the expectations.
The sequences featuring Allu Arjun will be one of the main attractions of "ABCD 2". Allu Arjun has a huge fan-fallowing in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Kerala. Trade experts predict that his popularity will definitely help boost the collection of the movie in South India.
The actor is currently busy with the shooting of his forthcoming Telugu movie, "S/O Satyamurthy", which is scheduled to hit the screens across the globe in April. It is not clear as to when he will start shooting for his debut Bollywood film, "ABCD 2", which is slated for release on 19 June.
