Stylish star Allu Arjun's 17th movie, which is directed by Harish Shankar and produced by Dil Raju, has been titled AA17, which will be formally launched at a function in Hyderabad on Monday (Aug 29).
Dil Raju, who is producing the movie under his Sri Venkateswara Creations (SVC), has revealed on Sunday that the muhurat of Allu Arjun and Harish Shankar's next movie will be held on Monday morning. He wrote on the official Twitter handle of SVC: "Our film with Stylish Star @alluarjun and @harish2you will be formally launched tomorrow. #AA17 is #SVC25."
Meanwhile, the producer assured to announce the title of the movie on Sunday afternoon. The SVC boss tweeted: "Are you excited to know the title of Stylish Star @alluarjun's #AA17 ?? We will announce it in a couple of hours. Stay tuned !!!" Allu Arjun â€tweeted: "Official Announcement of my Next Movie in One Hour #AA17."
Another post on SVC Twitter handle read: "Stylish Star @alluarjun will reveal #AA17 logo at 2:34 PM. Stay tuned !!!" Later, the makers posted the logo and tweeted: Here we go !!! Our film with @alluarjun and @harish2you is titled DJ - Duvvada Jagannadham #DJShootBegins
Allu Arjun has worked with Dill Raju earlier in three projects -- "Arya" (2004), "Parugu" (2008) and "Yevadu" (2014), which have become hits at the box office. The actor is now teaming up with the producer for the fourth time. But "Bunny" is teaming up with director Harish Shankar for the first time.
Dil Raju first teamed up with Harish Shankar in Junior NTR's 2013 film "Ramayya Vasthavayya," which was an average grosser at the box office. Despite this failure, the producer and the director once again joined hands for Sai Dharam Tej's 2015 movie "Subramanyam for Sale," which was a big hit at the box office. This is for the third time the duo is coming together for a film.
