Of late rumour has been doing the rounds that the lead pair of Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi, Shaheer Sheikh (Dev) and Erica Fernandes (Sonakshi), are dating in real life. Although Shaheer has always claimed that he and Erica are just friends, gossip mongers are aware of their sizzling chemistry off screen.
Shaheer, who has been juggling between two Indonesian shows besides Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi, often flies off to the country for work along with Erica. However, according to a SpotboyE report, this time the actor flew down to Indonesia without his rumoured ladylove, which sparked rumours of trouble in the couple's paradise.
While it is not known if things are not well between the two, speculations are rife that the Shaheer and Erica may want to maintain a distance so as to avoid the prying eyes of the media.
Earlier, the hunk denied the dating reports claiming that relationship and marriage are not on his mind as of now. "Erica is fun, but I am not dating her. People assume that we are dating because we spend a lot of time together on the set. I don't intend to get into a relationship and marriage is not in the pipeline for another couple of years," he had told the Times of India. Erica too had refuted the report saying: "Shaheer and I are good friends. We enjoy each other's company as we have common interests. That's about it."
Meanwhile on the show, Dev realised that Ishwari was upset with him for calling his mother-in-law as "ma" and assured her he would never make the mistake again. Sonakshi, leaving all her problems aside, decided to surprise Dev on his birthday and discussed her plans with the sisters. Ishwari too got excited about it and sought Sonakshi's suggestion to decide the menu for Dev's birthday. Sonakshi was overwhelmed to know that Iswhari respected her views.
