Actress Deepika Padukone's video "My Choice", which is based on women empowerment and is part of the campaign #VogueEmpower, has been appreciated by many B-Town celebrities.
Prominent Bollywood figures like Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt, Randeep Hooda, Arjun Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan and others have lauded Padukone for this amazing video. They came forward to support the cause and shared the short film on their micro-blogging sites.
Filmmaker Homi Adajania's directorial is written by Kersi Khambatta (co-writer "Being Cyrus" and "Finding Fanny"). The film brought 99 women together in the city (Mumbai) from amongst almost all walks of life, voicing their choice for equality – be it social, political, economic or sexual.
Apart from the "Happy New Year" actress, Zoya Akhtar, Nimrat Kaur, Adhuna Akhtar, Anaita Shroff Adajania, and Sherry Shroff have also featured in the short film, "My Choice."
