Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan have become one of the most likeable onscreen pairs and the duo is now set to do a movie together for the fourth time. After Badrinath Ki Dulhania, Alia and Varun will be seen in Abhishek Varman's Shiddat.
Shiddat will go on floors by 2018, according to Mumbai Mirror. The movie is said to be a romantic drama and it is Abhishek's second movie with Alia after 2 States. Till date, Varun and Alia have done only rom-coms, including Student of the Year, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Badrinath Ki Dulhania.
It looks like the pair has become the next Shah Rukh Khan-Kajol of Bollywood- the iconic on-screen couple. Will it be the same with Alia and Varun?
Apart from being a good looking pair, Alia and Varun complement each other in every aspect. Their chemistry and bonding look perfect on-screen partly because they are good friends in real life and the closeness and comfort level reflect on the silver screen.
Talking about their equation, Varun told Mirror: "Alia and I are always in the same boat. Our styles are different, we chose different films but the things that go on in our head are often the same. Our conversations often begin with me asking Alia, 'Is this the right thing to do? Does this need to change?' and she assuring me that I'm on the right track. Five minutes later, I'll become the one calming her down. That's our life in a nut shell."
All three movies of Alia and Varun have been well received and now, fans will be delighted to learn about the reunion.
Meanwhile, Alia will be seen in Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy opposite Ranveer Singh, while Varun is shooting for Salman Khan's Judwaa sequel.
