After the successful launch of two smartphones in its 'One Touch Idol' series earlier this month, telecommunications company Alcatel has now released another big-screen smartphone called One Touch Scribe Easy in India.
Alcatel's new One Touch Scribe Easy phablet sports a 5.0-inch WVGA TFT screen with 480x800p display resolution. It runs on the Android mobile OS v4.12 Jelly Bean powered by a Qualcomm based dual-core processor with 1.2GHz CPU speed. On the memory front, it packs 512MB RAM and 2.4GB user memory with options of expanding up to 32GB via microSD card.
One Touch Scribe Easy is now available on Snapdeal.com for ₹12,090.
Considering its price-tag, the phablet falls short of certain features such as dual-core processor and RAM capacity, in comparison to its local competitors such as Zen Ultrafone 701 HD, Intex Aqua Wonder which boast more powerful quad-core processors and other feature-rich specs for a lesser price.
