Akshay Kumar's wife Twinkle Khanna, who is known for her witty remarks, now apparently expects an apology from Karan Johar. KJo launched a campaign on a radio show, encouraging people to keep aside ego and say "sorry" as and when required to save a relationship.
He shared a video on the same topic with a caption that reads, "My first response and sometimes my last resort, to save many relationships that were dear to me. A simple sorry. Saying sorry is a bold step so kill that ego, be bold, and say sorry."
Soon, Twinkle replied to the tweet saying that she never received an apology from Karan till date. "I don't remember ever getting an apology from this Koffee wala in the last 35 odd years :) [sic]," she tweeted.
Although the celebrity author did not reveal any incident that made her expect an apology from the director, it looks like Karan certainly owes her a "sorry". Karan however, did not reply to her tweet.
Karan is one person who is very active on Twitter. He keeps sharing his views on various issues and also uses the platform to clarify any rumour about him. But he is also often subjected to trolling as well.
Recently, a troll tried to ridicule him when he celebrated 12 years of his film Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna. A person tweeted a picture of him, accusing him of promoting extra-marital affairs through this film. The film-maker, however, came up with a sassy reply saying "Hello uninformed person! You cannot promote something that is already a big hit."
