Akshara Haasan
Kamal Haasan's daughter Akshara made her debut this year with ace actors Amitabh Bachchan and Dhanush in R Balki's directorial "Shamitabh." The film garnered lot of appreciation making Akshara superstar overnight. After watching the work of her father since long and also sister Shruti Haasan, audience expects a lot from the newbie.
Karan Singh Grover
Famous TV actor Karan Singh Grover made his debut with Bipasha Basu this year in a horror flick "Alone." Though, the film didn't rise in box office but the sizzling chemistry between the two actors was quite noticeable. Rumours buzz that the duo has been dating each other.
Sooraj Pancholi
Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahib's son, Sooraj Pancholi, will be seen this year on big screen for the first time. He is portraying the role of Jackie Shroff in the remake of "Hero". Interestingly, this newbie is mentored by Salman Khan and everybody knows the superstar's students mostly have succeeded in film industry.
Harshvardhan Kapoor
After Sonam Kapoor, now Anil Kapoor's son Harshvardhan will be coming with his first flick soon. He is debuting in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's "Mirza Sahiban".
Also, the film will feature another fresh face, Saiyami Kher, who has been cast opposite Harshvardhan.
Athiya Shetty
Remake of Jackie Shroff's "Hero" will also have a debutant as the lead actress. Suniel Shetty's daughter Athiya will be featuring opposite the Pancholi scion for the first time. The upcoming actress made her first public appearance at Arpita Khan's wedding reception.
Mahira Khan
Shah Rukh Khan is known for launching new actresses in his films. Like Deepika and Anushka, SRK is now coming with a Pakistani actress Mahira Khan in the upcoming film, "Raees." The graceful actress was last seen in Pakistani serial "Humsafar" along with Fawad Khan.
Gurmeet Choudhary
Gurmeet Choudhary has impressed audience with his acting as Lord Ram and also, captured hearts with his dance moves in reality shows. He is making his debut this year in Mahesh Bhatt's "Khamoshiyaan."
Pooja Hegde
Pooja Hegde has got lucky to make her debut in Bollywood as she has been roped by Ashutosh Gowariker in his next "Mohenjo Daro" to romance Hrithik Rohsan. Pooja has already worked in a lot of Tamil and Telugu films and is gearing up for her big break here.
