A song and some scenes from Ajith's forthcoming Tamil movie "Vedalam", also spelled as"Vedhalam", seem to have leaked onto the Internet.
There are reports doing the rounds that some miscreants have leaked "Aaluma Dolama" song and Ajith's introduction scene from "Vedalam". It is said that the video-clips have gone viral and been circulated on social media sites and WhatsApp.
Ajith is reportedly seen wearing a red t-shirt and he is spotted with dancers. The clip has been captured through Snapchat. It appears like the videos were secretly filmed during the dubbing.
The news has comes as a big shock to the makers and Ajith's fans. The team is likely to take legal action. It may be recalled that Ilayathalpathy Vijay's "Puli" too had landed in a similar situation when its teaser was leaked on the Net.
Meanwhile, there are also people who believe that those were the clips were meant for TV promotion and do not have much impact on the film. Nonetheless, the makers of "Vedalam" are yet to give a clarification on the issue.
'Vedalam' gets Entertainment Tax Exemption
Ajith's "Vedalam" has got the Entertainment Tax Exemption from the state government. The 30% tax exemption plays a huge role in the film's box office success.
Advance Booking Begins
On the other end, the advance booking for "Vedalam", which is directed by Siruthai Siva, has already kick-started with a bang. The Tamil film will release on 10 November and the tickets are sold for the entire first week at major cities and international centres. As expected, it is getting stupendous response across the globe.
Trailer Release
The trailer of "Vedalam" was supposed to release on Thursday, 5 November. But it has been delayed as the entire team was busy working on getting the first copy of the film ready. It is still not clear when the video-clip of Ajith and Shruthi Haasan starrer film will be released.
