Anirudh Ravichander has roped in Bollywood musician and singer Vishal Dadlani to croon a peppy number in the forthcoming Ajith movie, which is presently dubbed "Thala 56".
It appears like the Mumbai-based musician enjoyed singing for the film as he revealed his excitement on Facebook.
"Just recorded a beast of a song for Anirudh Ravichander again, started at ten thirty pm! What a party I had, singing it! Woot! #Thala56 #WorkingTitle#TamizhPower," he wrote.
Meanwhile, Anirudh had already completed the introduction song recently.
On the other end, the shooting of "Thala 56" has been kick-started in Chennai on Thursday, 7 May. The scenes involving Ajith and Lakshmi Menon are being shot on the sets, which has been designed in the likeness of a popular place in Kolkata. They play siblings in the Tamil movie.
Meanwhile, Kabir Singh, who plays the role of a baddie in "Thala 56", has wished luck for the team. "Wishing a good luck to my first tamil film..... going on floors today with superstar #thala #ajit and director #siva sir. Thankful to the kind producer #A.M RATHNAM Sir... All the best ...........cheers !!!!"
The movie marks the return of "Veeram" combo Ajith and director Siruthai Siva. Like their earlier venture, the latest film is also a family entertainer laced with comedy elements. The film, which has an urban backdrop, is bank-rolled by AM Rathnam, who has produced Ajith's previous films including "Yennai Arindhaal" and "Arrambam".
