Bindu Madhavi has clarified the rumours pertaining to her association with Ajith's forthcoming movie, which has been tentatively titled "Thala 56".
The actress has said that she is not playing Ajith's sister role in "Thala 56" while responding to a fan's query on Facebook. In the same thread, the young actress revealed that she is not much interested to do the role of the actor's sister rather she loves to be his female lead.
Earlier, there were reports suggesting Bindu Madhavi has been signed to play the role of Ajith's sister and that excited about it. It was said that the character had a good scope for acting. Now, these rumours have turned out to be false.
Bindu Madhavi was also recently in the news over getting hospitalised for some health issues and her condition was at a critical stage. However, she cleared the news on Facebook.
She wrote: "Just got 2 knw tat, few Telugu channels have reported tat am admitted in hospital n in very serious stage.... Pls hold on guys, dnt kill me so early.... Am all Gud in chennai n lukin forward 4 d audio launch of my movie 2mr..."
Meanwhile, Ajith's "Thala 56" is getting ready to hit the floors. The forthcoming movie is likely to be launched on 14 April coinciding with the Tamil New Year. The film was supposed to take off in February but it was delayed as the actor, who become a proud father of a baby boy recently, wanted to spend time with his family.
The film is being produced by AM Rathnam and directed by Siruthai Siva, who had earlier directed the "Mankatha" star in "Veeram".
As per the buzz, Shruti Haasan has been signed to play the female lead role. Anirudh Ravichander has been roped in to compose the music. Other details are under wraps.
