It is finally confirmed. The news has come straight from the horse's mouth as to who will compose the music in the forthcoming Ajith movie, which is temporarily called by the name, "Thala 56".
Anirudh Ravichander has finally confirmed that he is going to score the music for "Thala 56". The thrilled musician says he is proud to be part of this Tamil movie and hopes that his good days continue in the Kollywood.
He announced it through a YouTube video, saying, "Hey guys, very happy and proud to announce that I will be scoring music for Ajith sir in "Thala 56" directed by Siva and produced by AM Rathnam sir. So, hoping for yet another fantastic year ahead and thank you for all your love."
Anirudh Ravichander scoring music for the Ajith's movie has been in the news for a while. Neither the makers nor the music director had confirmed as the formalities were yet to be completed.
Now, it appears like all that process has been completed. This movie will once again show the growing popularity of Anirudh. The young composer, who shot to national fame with "Kolaveri di" track, has become one of the top music directors in Kollywood in just three years.
Last year, he had scored music for Vijay's "Kaththi" and it became a chartbuster album. Now, the expectations are obviously high from his latest film with Ajith.
"Thala 56" will hit the floors on 14 April for the Tamil New Year. It marks the return of "Veeram" combo Siruthai Siva and Ajith. More importantly, it will be a hat-trick to producer AM Rathnam, who has produced back-to-back Ajith's films including "Arrambam" and "Yennai Arindhaal". It is said that Shruti Haasan will play the female lead in the Tamil movie.
