The makers of "Arrambam" had earlier announced that the trailer will be launched with the audio. The trailer was uploaded before midnight on Thursday.
The one-minute, 50-second video gives us a glimpse of what to expect from the film. The video shows Ajith and Nayanthara in stylish avatars. Apparently, Arya plays a hacker in the flick and he also provides some comic relief.
The visuals show gun fights, explosions and car chases, suggesting that "Arrambam" will be an action-packed entertainer. Ajith's vehicle-to-vehicle leap, which caused him some injuries on the sets, is also highlighted in the trailer.
Ajith has loads of one-liners which is sure to impress his fans. Sample this - "Saavukku bayandhavanukku dhinam dhinam saavu; edhukume bayapadhavanukku oru dharava thaan saavu." (One who fears death dies every day; the fearless die only once)
As soon as the trailer was uploaded, it has gone viral on the internet, receiving more than one lakh views in less than a few hours. The tag "#Arrambam" has been trending ever since the audio was launched on Wednesday midnight.
The audio opened at number one on iTunes India. It has five songs composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Playback singers Shankar Mahadevan, Karthik, Ramya NSK, Vijay Yesudas, K.G. Ranjith and Shweta Mohan among others have lent their voice for the music.
Directed by Vishnu Vardhan, "Arrambam" has Ajith, Arya, Nayanthara, Taapsee, Rana Daggubati and Kishore in significant roles. The film is produced by AM Rathnam's Sri Surya Movies in association with A Raghuram's Sri Satya Sai Movies.
"Arrambam" trailer has received a U/A certificate from the censor board. It remains to be seen if the film will manage to get a "U" certificate to avoid entertainment tax. With the trailer release, it has been confirmed once again that "Arrambam" will hit the screens for Diwali.
"Arrambam" team is expected to get the first copy of the film ready and get it censored by 15 October, to ensure a Diwali release.
