Ajay Devgn, who will be soon seen in Prabhu Deva's "Action Jackson," is all set to start his directorial film titled "Shivay".
"Shivay" will reportedly be sprung into action in January next year, reported Bollywood Hungama.
The film will mark the Bollywood debut of Sayesha alongside Devgn. Sayesha is the grand niece of legendary actor Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu.
The actor, who had a successful year with Rohit Shetty's "Singham Returns" and has "Action Jackson" lined up, is currently looking for locations for shooting the film, in which he will be directing as well as acting.
Devgn took to twitter to share a picture of him and the crew of "Shivay" hunting for a perfect location for the film. "Shivay" will be shot across various parts of the world including UK, Poland, Russia and a few locations in Europe as well.

A few months back, there were reports that "Shivay" which is slated to release on 22 January 2016 will clash with Hrithik Roshan's period movie "Mohenjo Daro". "Mohenjo Daro" is Ashutosh Gowariker's mega project with a massive budget and is expected to give tough competition to Devgn's directorial effort.
Meanwhile, the actor is busy with the promotions of "Action Jackson" which also stars Sonakshi Sinha in the lead actress role. "Action Jackson", slated to hit the theatres on 5 December, also has Yami Gautam and Femina Miss India 2010 Manasvi Mamgai in its cast of actors.
Going by the trailer and the recently-released song "Keeda", the film looks promising and is a complete masala entertainer with a high dose of action as well as dialogues.
