Sooraj Pancholi, who was launched by Salman Khan last year with film "Hero," has bagged another movie alongside Ajay Devgn. Helmed by Remo D'Souza, Sooraj and Ajay will reportedly play brothers in the upcoming flick.
Earlier, it was reported that Remo had signed Sooraj and Ajay for his next, but then no further details were revealed. Now, a source confirmed a leading daily that the film will have both action and dance sequences. "Sooraj and Ajay play brothers in the film. Remo is known for his dance films but this one is more than a dance film. It is an emotional film that revolves around the relationship between the two brothers," the source told DNA.
Remo has picked Ajay and Sooraj because the "Shivaay" actor is one of the best action heroes in Bollywood and Sooraj has shown his dancing talent in his debut film "Hero." Sooraj has also proved his dancing talent in a song video, "GF BF," alongside Jacqueline Fernandez.
It has been further reported that the Remo directorial will be co-produced by Ajay. The "Golmaal" actor is currently working on two projects – "Baadshaho" and "Shivaay." Remo is also busy with his upcoming film, "A Flying Jatt," which stars Tiger Shroff and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead roles.
In other news, Sooraj will again appear in Salman Khan's next production. Earlier, it had been reported that Aditya Pancholi asked good friend Salman to make a film for his son as after "Hero," Sooraj has not bagged any movie.
The buzz is that Salman will rope in Sooraj in his next production, which will be directed by Mahesh Manjrekar. The "Sultan" actor has mentored many, including Katrina Kaif, Arjun Kapoor, Pulkit Samrat, Daisy Shah, Zarine Khan, Sneha Ullal and Sonakshi Sinha, in the film industry.
