Bollywood actresses Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Sonam Kapoor attended the Women of Worth Awards March 28. The trio looked stunning in their designer wears and arrived at the ceremony to honour deserving candidates in various categories like science and education.
The Women of Worth Awards was organised by L'Oreal Paris. Sonam, Katrina and Aishwarya are the brand ambassadors of the cosmetic group, were asked to present the awards. Sonam gave an award in the category of science and innovation, Katrina presented for education and Aishwarya for excellence in social work.
"This is an opportunity to recognise the women who make a difference. It's important to applaud all the women who have been nominated and celebrated down the five years on this platform," Aishwarya said at the Women of Worth Awards.
The former Miss World looked gorgeous in a Tarun Tahiliani's white saree with a floral fringe border. After attending the award ceremony, the actress visited Sanjay Leela Bhansali's party that he hosted to celebrate his National Award win.
While Aishwarya appeared in the same outfit, Sonam changed her dress for Bhansali's party. Sonam made her appearance at the L'Oreal Women of Worth Awards in a Monique Lhuillier strapless gown and cape. Later, she wore a white gown at the filmmaker's bash.
"Science and innovation is the way the world is going forward. It's the way you can create something spectacular. Science has always been the future," Sonam said while presenting the award for science and innovation.
On the other hand, Katrina also looked gorgeous at the Women of Worth Awards in a sparkly Mikael D gown. Side-swept hair to show off her ear climber and a diamond two-finger ring finished out her red carpet look.
"You are as powerful as what you know. Education and knowledge is where we get our power from... Education is the way towards gender equality, to change people's mindsets," Katrina said while presenting trophy in the category of education.
