From Amitabh Bachchan to Hrithik Roshan, several celebrities have put their lives at stake due to the hectic schedule.
Recently, there was reports that Priyanka Chopra fainted on the sets of "Bajirao Mastani". The actress' fell down in the middle of a shot. Even, Alia Bhatt became sick after returning from the shoot of "Shaandaar", which was held in the UK and Poland under extreme weather conditions.
Here are some actors, who were injured on the film sets.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
The elegant diva, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, had suffered a lot of injuries while shooting for the multi-starrer, "Khakee." Her left foot got fractured and had deep bruises, resulting in 10 stitches. It happened when a speeding jeep lost control and hit her. The former Miss World was then taken to Mumbai in a private helicopter.
Hrithik Roshan
During the shooting of the action thriller, "Bang Bang", Hrithik Roshan was injured severely. The Bollywood heart-throb underwent a brain surgery to remove a blood clot from his head.
Shah Rukh Khan
The "Happy New Year" superstar Shah Rukh Khan was seen with bandaged shoulder during the "Chennai Express" promotions. The actor had fractured his shoulder and ruptured his knee patella during the shooting. However, SRK was seen in all the promotional events, in spite of being advised bed rest.
Salman Khan
"Kick" star Salman Khan suffered severe injuries twice on his film sets. First, he got a ligament injury in his arm on the set of "Wanted", from which he recovered soon.
Then, he suffered serious injuries while shooting for "Dabangg". The actor had to take a break from his schedule and the shooting was postponed.
Amitabh Bachchan
It is well-known how Amitabh Bachchan got injured on the set of "Coolie". The actor was hit during a fight scene and his condition was so serious that he had to battle death for a week.
Shahid Kapoor
Actor Shahid Kapoor was once hit by one of the Ferris-wheel boxes, while shooting for "Mausam", directed by his father Pankaj Kapur.
Then, again, on the set of "R... Rajkumar", the actor burnt his back and shoulder when the chemical used to create fire was spilled over him.
