Actor and former "Bigg Boss" contestant Ajaz Khan is again in the news for the wrong reasons. A model named Aishwarya Choubey has filed a written complaint against Ajaz for allegedly sending her vulgar messages to her.
A policeman from the Versova police station has confirmed to International Business Times, India, that Aishwarya has alleged that Ajaz has been sending her vulgar messages. She has also said she would file an FIR soon.
"Yes, I have given a written letter to Versova police station. I will be also filing an FIR against him. I had met Ajaz Khan through a common friend and we got in touch. Initially we used to chat on WhatsApp. But he started sending me vulgar messages a few days ago. I felt weird and awkward. I did not know what to do. Then I decided to file a complaint against him," Aishwarya told Daily Bhaskar.
However, the model also said she was ready to withdraw the complaint if Ajaz assured her he would not send her such messages again. "If he promises he won't do it again with me or any other girl, I shall take my complaint back. He is not my enemy. I don't want to create any problems. But he has to give me proof that he won't attempt something like this again," she said.
On the other side, Ajaz has denied all the allegations. "This news is completely false. I have met Aishwarya twice and I am completely unaware of her motive behind this drama. I haven't received a single call from the police yet," Ajaz told Daily Bhaskar. However, when IBTimes India contacted the Versova Police Station, the officer said the actor had been arrested but was later released under a Personal Recognizance bond.
The actor has also posted a video on Facebook denying the charges. Ajaz had created controversy at the "Bigg Boss 7" house when he was seen calling Narendra Modi a "chor" (thief). A case was also filed against him for the remark. The actor had also raised many eyebrows by suggesting Pratyusha Banerjee's death was not suicide but murder.
