The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is likely to declare the results of the 2017 MBBS entrance exams today, June 14. While the institute is yet to confirm the exact date and time of the results, the scores when they are announced will be for the institute's MBBS courses in New Delhi, Patna, Jodhpur, Bhubaneshwar, Rishikesh, Bhopal and Raipur.
Candidates who appeared for the exams this year can check their marks online on aiimsexams.org and on the websites of other AIIMS institutes. The results for the exams, which were held on May 28, will be available only on the websites and will not individually be sent to candidates through email or SMS, reported Hindustan Times.
The shortlisted candidates will then have to attend the first counselling at AIIMS, New Delhi, that will be held between July 3 and 6.
The MBBS course spans a period of five and half years including a year of internship. At the end of the course, students are awarded the degree of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.
