The "Thattathin Marayathu" team is back again. The cast and crew comprising of Nivin Pauly, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Aju Varghese, Prajith Karnavar and Shaan Rahman have anchored at the coastal town of Thalassery in North Kerala for their next project.
The major attraction of the film will be the return of popular child artiste, Manjima Mohan, who will play the lead role opposite Nivin.
The yet-to-be-titled film is directed by debutant Prajith Karnavar, who has been Vineeth's associate for all his films. The script is penned by Vineeth and this will be the first time that he is scripting a film for another director. He has earlier scripted for his directorials including "Malarvadi Arts Club", "Thattathin Marayathu" and "Thira", which were all huge successes.
It seems the whole team is excited about the upcoming venture. The lead actors Nivin, Manjima and scriptwriter Vineeth have shared their thoughts about the film.
"Thalassery has always been an integral part of my film career and one of ma favourite place:) After 'Thattathin Marayathu' we are back together for our next. Directed by Prajith Karnavar, Written by Vineeth Sreenivasan, Produced by Vinod Shornur, Along with LJ Films, Movie starts rolling at thalassery from tomorrow," Nivin posted on his Facebook page on Sunday.
Meanwhile Manjima, who makes her debut as a lead heroine, asked for everybody's blessings for her debut as heroine.
"By God's grace, the shoot for my new movie being directed by Prajith Karnavar and produced by Vinod Shornur begins tomorrow," wrote Manjima. "Vineeth Sreenivasan has written the screenplay. It stars Nivin Pauly, Aju Varghese and many others you would love watching on-screen. Keep us in your prayers please."
Vineeth Sreenivasan was a little nostalgic about his film, "Thattathin Marayathu" and his home town, Thalassery, which he said has done magic in his life.
"After two and a half years, our entire team is back in Thalassery. This is Prajith ettan's first film as a director. Vinod ettan's first film as a producer. I owe a lot to these people for the glory and appreciation i have received in my career. i have thoroughly enjoyed writing this film. Thalassery has always worked magic in our lives. i hope that repeats. Prayers!!!" said Vineeth Sreenivasan.
The music is composed by Shaan Rahman, who is a long-time associate of the team while the cinematography is done by Jomon T John. The film will be produced by Vinod Shornur and will be distributed by Lal Jose's LJ Films.
