Gautham Menon, whose Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada hit screens on Friday, November 11, is getting ready for his next movie. For it, he is likely to collaborate with none other than Vikram.
The director himself confirmed the news recently during a promotional event of Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada. He said that talks are underway and nothing has been finalised yet. Rumours are now doing the rounds that the director would be teaming up with the actor for his dropped Yohan: Adhyayam Ondru.
Yohan: Adhyayam Ondru was supposed to start a few years ago with Ilayathalapathy Vijay in the lead role. The actor had done a photoshoot for the movie and the first look posters were also released and garnered positive reviews. But the movie was dropped for reasons best known to the makers.
People are now curiously looking forward to see whether Gautham Menon is reviving Yohan: Adhyayam Ondru. If all goes well, Chiyaan will be working with the ace director for the first time in his long-pending flick, say reports.
With his confirmation, the reports on Gautham Menon teaming up with Simbu for the third time has turned out to be false. The duo had earlier delivered a blockbuster in the form of Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa. Now, their latest movie Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada has opened to positive reviews and showing signs of becoming a hit at the box office.
On the other hand, Vikram is set to team up with Anand Shankar with whom he has delivered hit movie Iru Mugan. They are likely to be joining hands for the Tamil remake of Hollywood flick Don't Breathe, which will take off in December.
