After working with Salman Khan, Sonam Kapoor is set to romance Shah Rukh Khan in Rahul Dholakia's "Raees".
According to a Zee report, the fashionista has been roped in by the makers of "Raees" opposite King Khan. While, the "Khoobsurat" actress has worked with Salman in her debut release "Saawariya", it will be interesting to see her being wooed by SRK.
Apart from checking off 'the fan-girl moment' from her to-do list, an added advantage of Sonam working with the box office kings will come in the form of their ever-expanding fan-base and unmatched popularity. Sonam, who has never really set the cash registers ringing, will get an opportunity to boost her nose-diving career.
Talking about the reigning superstars, the diva had earlier expressed an interest in working with all of them, including Aamir Khan. "I would love to work with all three... maybe at the same time. Whatever comes my way is good. I would like Aamir to direct me. One of my favourite films is "Taare Zameen Par"," she told IANS.
Since the two Khans have always been at loggerheads from the time of the infamous war of words at a certain birthday party, questions on shifts in camps will be raised. Although, the two superstars have always maintained that they do not believe in creating camps, there have been instances in the past where an actress or a director has refused to work with the opponent star.
However, things have now changed a little. After Karan Johar decided to produce "Shuddhi" with Salman, Deepika Padukone said Shah Rukh hasn't "locked" him up and that she would love to work with the "Kick" star as and when things work out.
Meanwhile, Salman and Sonam's "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" has already gone on floors and is being shot at Karjat. Slated for a November, 2015 release, the family drama is directed by Sooraj Barjatya.
