Nayantara, who has returned to top position after hat-trick hits, will finally pair up with a star with whom she could not work for over a decade. Well, she is going to team up with none other than Vikram.
As per the reports, Nayantara has given her consent to act alongside in Vikram's next movie with Anand Shankar. The storyline has impressed the actress and she has given her formal consent. The makers are expected to open up on the same shortly.
Nayantara, one of the top actresses in South, has worked with big names like Rajinikanth, Ajith, Vijay and Suriya. She had received offers to work with Vikram before, but could not take them up due to other commitments. The time is finally right for her to work with Chiyaan in a film that will be bankrolled by Shibu Thameens of "Puli" fame.
The 32-year-old actress has been having a dream run in Kollywood. Nayantara is not only getting big offers but has also been part of three back-to-back hits in 2015. After the average "Massu", she returned to good form with "Thani Oruvan", starring Jayam Ravi and Arvind Swamy. This film has turned out to be one of the biggest hits of the year.
It was followed by the woman-centric "Maya", which turned out to be a surprise winner. Vignesh Shivan's "Naanum Rowdydhaan", starring Vijay Sethupathi, also won the hearts of the audience. The success is expected to continue as Nayantara has exciting projects on her hand, like "Idhu Namma Aalu", "Thirunaal" and "Kashmora".
