Huma Qureshi is all set to make her Hollywood debut as the actress has recently auditioned for a role in "The Mummy Reboot." After Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone, Huma has bagged a big Hollywood project.
"Huma has recently auditioned for the third part of the successful franchise starring Hollywood star Tom Cruise and Sofia Boutella playing the lead antagonist," the DNA quoted Huma's spokesperson as confirming. "The Mummy Reboot" is slated to be released on June 9, 2017.
Reports also suggest that Huma will be seen as the female lead opposite Tom Cruise. "The Mummy" has been a successful franchise and fans are eagerly waiting for the third instalment.
Huma had made her Bollywood debut with the critically acclaimed movie "Gangs of Wasseypur." Later, the actress was seen delivering some powerful performances in movies like "D Day" and "Badlapur."
Priyanka had made her debut in the West with the American TV series "Quantico" and the actress will next be seen in "Baywatch." On the other side, Deepika is currently shooting for "XXX: The Return of Xander Cage" that features Vin Diesel, Ruby Rose, Tony Jaa and Samuel Jackson, among others.
While Priyanka will reportedly be seen as an antagonist in "Baywatch," Deepika plays the character of a huntress and the love interest of Vin Diesel in "XXX: The Return of Xander Cage."
