"Nach Baliye" is gearing up for its next season and with the Balaji head-honcho co-producing the upcoming season, the couple dance reality show is expected to get more dramatic.
To bring in some freshness and excitement into the show, the makers have decided to replace the previous seasons' judges with more popular Bollywood personalities.
In the past two seasons, filmmaker Sajid Khan, choreographer Terrence Lewis and actress Shilpa Shetty had judged the show. Now, the buzz is that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been approached to judge "Nach Baliye 7", reported Bollywood Life.
But the former Miss World has turned down the offer as she has no intentions of making a television appearances as of now. Currently, Aishwarya, is busy with her comeback film "Jazbaa".
Further, celebs need to invest a lot of time in television and the Bachchan bahu is unwilling to stay away from her three-year-old daughter Aaradhya for long hours.
"TV takes a lot of time and Ash doesn't want to leave her three-year-old daughter Aaradhya alone for long periods of time," a source told the daily.
The actress had even put forth conditions to her "Jazbaa" director Sanjay Gupta and is said she would be available for shoot only when her daughter needs no assistance at home.
Recently, Priyanka Chopra was said to have been approached to step into Shetty's shoes. However, the actress hasn't yet given a nod to the show, as she is busy with her Hollywood and Bollywood commitments.
There were also rumours about the possible contestants of "Nach Baliye 7". Kamaal R Khan, Mahesh Bhatt and wife Soni Razdan, Upen Patel and Karishma Tanna, Esha Deol and her husband Bharat Takhtani are some of the contestants that have been approached to participate in the upcoming season.
