Almost all celebrities from the film industry were present at the premiere of Aamir Khan's latest suspense thriller "Talaash: The Answer Lies Within", except for one of the lead actress' of the film.
Newlywed Kareena Kapoor, one of the main leading ladies of the film, was not seen at the star-studded premiere of the film.
"Talaash" is a suspense thriller film starring Aamir, Kareena and Rani Mukherjee in the lead roles. The film is getting tremendous response in India as well as overseas. Following the success of the film Aamir threw a party at his residence.
The entire cast and crew of the film were present at the party to celebrate the success of the film, but again Kareena was seen missing from the event.
"Aamir threw an impromptu party at his residence to celebrate the successful opening of his film. While the entire cast and crew were present, Kareena was yet again absent from the party. Bebo was scheduled to come but didn't turn up. No one knows why," a source told Mumbai Mirror.
According to reports, Kareena was not well due to which she gave the premier a miss. She also had a prior commitment for making an appearance on reality show "Bigg Boss season 6" with Salman Khan.
"She had gone to Delhi for the promotions of Talaash and after two hectic days, she returned with the cast on Thursday morning. She had high fever and a throat infection even then, so she rested for a few hours. But as she had committed to a channel for her appearance on a reality show to launch her item song Fevicol Se from Dabangg 2, she had to leave for Lonavala that same evening," a source close to Kareena told HT Cafe.
"Kareena is a professional so she decided to stick to her commitment to Bigg Boss, which would have been tough to reschedule. Skipping the premiere was the only option. However, she did apologise to the producers Aamir and Farhan (Akhtar) who were fine with her decision," added the source.
