After Janhvi Kapoor made a grand debut in Dhadak, Sridevi's younger daughter Khushi Kapoor too wants to become an actress.
Janhvi has been getting praising words from all ends for her performance in Dhadak. She has lived up to the expectations, and now Khushi, who earlier wanted to become a model, too wishes to pursue the career of acting.
Sridevi's husband Boney Kapoor himself revealed that Khushi is keen to enter Bollywood, ditching her past desire to become a model.
"I wouldn't say that I motivated Janhvi. I encouraged her to let her do what she wants. Why curb someone's natural instincts? Like for one, I didn't know until Salman (Khan) told me that Arjun has it in him to become an actor. On the other hand, my eldest child, Anshula is extremely academically inclined. And Khushi first wanted to become a model - but has now shifted her focus to becoming an actress," Boney told SpotboyE.
Apparently, Khushi has a fickle mind as her aim in life kept changing. She had wanted to pursue the career of doctor and lawyer also at some point of time.
"Yes, Khushi says she wants to get into modelling. Earlier, she wanted to become a doctor. Then from doctor to lawyer and now it's modelling. So, I am waiting for the shock to happen," Sridevi had earlier told a publication.
Well, it is not surprising to see Khushi wanting to follow the foot-steps of her elder sister, especially after Janhvi has been receiving so much love and appreciation for her work.
There were a lot of apprehensions regarding Janhvi's debut. Being daughter of an iconic actress like Sridevi, comparisons were bound to happen, but she managed to impress most of the audience.
The film Dhadak has been doing well at the box office as well. It turned out to be the highest Bollywood opener with new-comers.
