After blockbuster movie "Ennu Ninte Moideen" in 2015, actor Prithviraj Sukumaran and director RS Vimal are joining hands once again for their second film, which is said to be a bilingual project that will be made in Malayalam and Tamil.
The movie, tentatively titled "Karnan", will be officially launched in Dubai on Friday, 15 January. Prithviraj and Vimal will attend the launch function, which is scheduled to take place at 6:30 pm at Al Falak Ballroom on the 26th floor of Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The makers are expected to reveal more details on the cast and crew of the movie during the function.
The upcoming mega budget movie is said to be based on mythological character Karnan from the epic Mahabharatha. The film is expected to be a Rs 45 crore project by producer Venu Kunnappilly under the banner of Kavya Films. It will be the biggest film ever made in Malayalam and will be shot in Haridwar and Varanasi.

Vimal and Prithviraj's "Ennu Ninte Moideen" has become one of the top grossing Malayalam films at the Kerala box office and Prithviraj's latest comedy entertainer "Paavada" has opened to positive reviews on its release on Thursday. With the responses from the audience on the opening day, "Paavada" might become the fourth blockbuster of the actor after "Ennu Ninte Moideen", "Amar Akbar Anthony" and "Anarkali".
Prithviraj also has a handful of projects in his kitty, including Jijo Antony's "Darvinte Parinamam", Sujith Vasudev's "James & Alice", Jamesh Kottakal's "Beautiful Game", Pradeep M Nair's "Vimaanam", Rosshan Andrrews' "Naale Ravile", Blessy's "Aadu Jeevitham", Jeethu Joseph's untitled flick, Jinu Abraham's Adam and epic drama "Kunchirakkottu Kaali".
