With a bunch of films lined up for release, Sunny Leone is on a roll this year. The sultry beauty has reportedly signed "Splitsvilla 8".
"Yes, I will be reprising my role as the co-host on the season 8 of MTV Splitsvilla. Working with MTV is always a blast and I had a great time hosting the show last season. I was super excited to know that the show topped all charts last year, and when MTV approached me to co-host the show again this year, I had to say yes," IANS quoted her as saying.
Further explaining, Leone revealed that the show would be peppered with love, romance and much more. "This season is going to be filled with love, romance and so much more. I'm sure fans will be as excited to watch me on the show as I am about being back on it."
However, this decision has raised quite a few eyebrows considering the unintentional physical assault she underwent last season. Reportedly, one of the contestants flung a jewellery box in air which landed hard on Leone. This made the actress livid, which was followed by an abusive argument.
"Sunny had briefed the contestants in the beginning not to get aggressive. The production team had to intervene and sort it out," a source told The Times of India around the time of the incident.
Sunny Leone will be next seen in Ram Kapoor's "Kuch Kuch Locha Hai" and Milap Zaveri's "Mastizaade" alongside Vir Das and Tusshar Kapoor. The adult star-turned-actress' "Ek Paheli Leela" hit screens on Friday, 10 April, and is expected to do well, thanks to her ever-expanding fan base.
