Veteran actress Nafisa Ali has been diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. She herself announced it on social media.
Nafisa posted a picture on social media that shows her sharing the frame with former president of Congress party, Sonia Gandhi. In the caption she expressed love for the politician and also revealed the news of she being diagnosed with cancer.
"Just met my precious friend who wished me luck & to get well from my just diagnosed stage 3 cancer [sic]," Nafisa captioned the image.
As soon as she revealed the bad news, many of her fans and well-wishers started praying for her speedy recovery. She is 61.
Meanwhile, actress Sonali Bendre has also been fighting with cancer. She is being treated in New York, and she apparently is healing well. On the other side, Irrfan Khan too is battling with cancer in London.
