Actor Kamal Haasan has reportedly been admitted to a private hospital in Chennai due to food poisoning.
But, it seems there is nothing to worry as the actor is recovering well and will be discharged from the hospital on Tuesday or Wednesday, according to PRO Nikkil Murugan.
Kamal will reportedly be joining the shooting of his upcoming film "Papanasam", the Tamil remake of the Malayalam film "Drishyam," from Wednesday.

A few days ago, director Murugadoss was admitted to the hospital reportedly due to food poisoning. The director, who was busy shooting for "Kaththi", felt uneasy and was rushed to the Fortis Malar where he was diagnosed with food poisoning. After undergoing treatment, the director was discharged from the hospital.
"Discharged from Hospital.. Thank you doctors, my crew, friends..Special thanks to Kovai Vijaysir fans for your prayers..," tweeted Murugadoss.
In July, actor Karthi was also hospitalised due to food poisoning. The actor later affirmed that he was doing well and also thanked fans for their prayers and support.
"Dear friends! had to get admitted in hospital due to food poisoning.Now I am perfectly alright. Thanks for your prayers and support! Eid Mubarak! will be missing the Ramzan Biriyani this year!," the actor posted this message on his Facebook page.
Karthi is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film "Komban", co-starring Lakshmi Menon. The film will see the actor doing a rustic character after his first film "Paruthiveeran", which hit the screens in 2007. Karthi's other film titled "Madras" is gearing up for release on 26 September.
