Acer launched two budget smartphones -- Liquid Z530 and Liquid Z630s – in India on Thursday, two months after it was announced at the IFA 2015 in September.
The dual-SIM smartphones with 4G connectivity will have to take on several devices from companies such as Xiaomi, Lenovo, Micromax and Motorola in the Indian smartphone market.
The Acer Liquid Z530 is priced at Rs 6,999 and the Liquid Z630s comes with a price tag of Rs 10,999. Both the devices will be sold exclusively on Flipkart via flash sale on 12 November; pre-registration will be open from 5 to 11 November.

The budget smartphone sports a 5-inch IPS OGS display with 720x1280 pixels (294 ppi pixel density) and has a dimension of 144x70.3x8.9mm. Under the hood, it has a Mediatek MT6735 processor clocking at 1.3GHz, Android 5.1 Lollipop, 16 GB internal storage with microSD card slot up to 32 GB, 2 GB RAM, 8 MP rear and front cameras, and 2420 mAh battery.
In terms of connectivity, the device has 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB options.

The device sports a 5.5-inch HD IPS OGS display with 720x1280 pixels 9 (267 ppi pixel density) and measures 156.3x77.5x8.9mm. It houses Mediatek MT6753 processor clocking at 1.3 GHz, Android 5.1 Lollipop, 32 GB internal memory with microSD card slot, 3 GB RAM, 8 MP main and front cameras, and 4000mAh battery.
