Several people have been sharing their bad experiences during flight journeys of late. Last month the internet went abuzz when a man was dragged and abused by ground staff of Indigo airlines and then recently, Bollywood actress Zaira Wasim narrated her ordeal allegedly caused by a co-passenger on Vistara flight.
And now, popular television actress Abigail Pandey's parents had a horrible experience flying with Indigo airlines. The elderly couple's expensive stuff including jewellery went missing from the luggage, whose locks were broken when they received it.

The incident took place when Abigail's parents were returning from Aashka Goradia and Brent Goble's wedding in Ahmedabad.
Abigail had since then been venting out her anger on the airlines in a series of tweets. "Parents took an @IndiGo6E flight. Locks from bags missing and expensive stuff from check-in baggage. So disheartened. Never flying with them," she wrote.
After just making me wait for days @IndiGo6E still has no response for my mom’s missing jewellery. NEVER FLY INDIGO.

Have flown with expensive items before but I guess other airlines are more trustworthy. @indigo6E didn’t even find out who did this!

Despite the complaint, the airlines' authorities did not make any effort to reclaim the missing items.
Talking about the incident, Abigail told India Forums: "I am very angry, Indigo airlines messed with my Mumma Pappa's luggage from Ahmedabad. The lock was broken and her jewellery and perfumes are missing. Its been a week since I'm following up with the airline authorities. And, now they are not reverting. Its very irresponsible on their part to behave like this [sic]."
On the work front, Abigail was last seen in Nach Baliye 8, where she along with her beau Sanam Johar, had left the audience mesmerised with their stunning performance. The couple emerged as the second runner-up on the dance reality show.
