Abhishek Bachchan, who got six stitches on his forehead while doing an action scene for Rohit Shetty's film "Bol Bachchan", is recovering fast.

Confirming the news Amitabh Bachchan tweeted, "He is well and home and shall recover in some time - so say the doctors!"

Senior Bachchan expressed his gratitude to his fans, "Thank you all for the concern you show for Abhishek ..."

Abhishek Bachchan was injured on the sets of "Bol Bachchan" in Jaipur on Wednesday.

Taking the injury lightly Abhishek tweeted, "Bachpan me mere pitaji ne mujhe sikhaya tha... 'mard ko dard nahin hota' :-) !!!" (In my childhood, my father taught me......man knows no pain).
