It was recently said that Mahesh Babu had suggested the makers of his forthcoming movie to have a common name for the Tamil and Telugu versions of the flick. Going by his suggestion, they have now decided to have a name, which will remain same in two languages, and it is said to be inspired by a character from the epic Mahabharatha.
Well, rumours are rife that Abhimanyu has been finalised as the title of the upcoming movie. The makers reportedly feel that the title has a mass appeal and will attract the audience from both Tamil and Telugu.
In the epic Mahabharatha, Abhimanyu was a valiant warrior, who was the son of Arjuna and nephew of Lord Krishna. Although he died at a very young in the battle field, he was praised for his bravery.
However, it is not the first time that the rumours of the movie name are doing rounds. Earlier, it was speculated that Enemy was finalised as the title of the upcoming flick. But the makers had denied it.
The upcoming movie marks the debut of Mahesh Babu in Tamil. The film is being simultaneously shot in Tamil and Telugu. Rakul Preet Singh plays the female lead in the movie in which SJ Suryah will be seen in the role of a villain. RJ Balaji, Dheepa Ramanujam and others are in the cast.
