New Delhi, Feb 07 (ANI): A day after Solicitor General of India Mohan Parasaran suggested that the Delhi government enacting the Jan Lokpal Bill without the consent of the Central government will be illegal, BJP leader Harsh Vardhan slammed the Aam Aadmi Party saying that it is violating all the rules and laws of the country.
