Aamir Khan's Thugs Of Hindostan (Thugs Of Hindustan), which was released in China on December 28, has failed to attract the audience in theatres. While the critics have already written off the movie calling it the 'worst movie of 2018', Chinese social media was recently flooded with negative reviews for Aamir Khan's movie.
According to Global Times tweet, a Douban user, who gave 1 star to Aamir Khan's movie out of 5, said, "Please never introduce such a bad movie to China again. Otherwise, the reputation of #Bollywood will be ruined in the Chinese market."
People in India found the said comment about Aamir's film very rude and insulting. Aamir Khan's earlier films like Dangal and Secret Superstar were massive hits in the Chinese market but this time around Bollywood's Mr Perfectionist failed to struck the chord with the Chinese audience.
