Director Shankar, who has been working on his dream project "Endhiran 2" starring Rajinikanth for a while, is not happy with Aamir Khan. He is reportedly miffed with Bollywood's Perfectionist for preferring a different movie to his project.
Shankar is upset because the director waited for his callsheet for about a year now, reported The Times of India. The filmmaker wanted to cast Aamir in the role of an antagonist in "Endhiran 2" and had even penned the story keeping the actor in mind.
But Aamir did not take up "Endhiran 2" and went on to accept a movie to be directed by his manager Advait Chandran for his debut directorial. The was announced by AR Rahman on a social networking site.
AR Rahman posted, "Catching up with Aamir Khan and Kiran for their next production directed by Advait Chandan." Chandran has been the actor's manager for the last five years and he recently came up with a story, which has been approved by the "Dhoom 3" star.
Meanwhile, unhappy over the development, Shankar has now been forced to find a suitable personality for the antagonist role in "Endhiran 2". He has reportedly approached Vikram and the
Shankar, who was reportedly abroad to finalise locations, is busy with the pre-production work of "Endhiran 2". He is also finalsing other cast and crew members. The Tamil movie is likely to take off in 2016.
