Bollywood actor Aamir Khan will take on his social crusader avatar again for the second season of "Satyamev Jayate" soon.
Aamir, who had been busy shooting for Rajkumar Hirani's "Peekay" and "Dhoom 3" has reportedly allotted some time for the shooting oh his television show.
"Aamir will be promoting Dhoom 3, which is releasing in December and working on his show simultaneously," a source told Daily News Analysis.
The first season of the show which aired the nations's social concerns became a massive hit and stuck a note with the masses. It also placed Aamir Khan into Time Magazine's power list.
The shoot for the show's second season had kept getting delayed due to Aamir's other professional commitments. The air date has finally been set for January next year.
The research work for the social chat show is almost complete and if things go on schedule, the show will be screened on January with Aamir returning as the vigilant host.
Meanwhile, the "3 Idiots" was spotted in a cross-dressed look with lipstick, beaded chains while he was in Delhi for "Peekay" shooting. He has taken a brief break from the shoot to monitor the second trailer of "Dhoom 3" which will release on 30 October.
The actor has been doing his part of promoting the YRF flick which is set for release on 20 December. Seeing the response towards the film's edgy music, he is keen on assigning "Dhoom 3" as the caller tune on his phone.
