At least seven people died and seven others got injured after a truck ran over them while they were sleeping near a divider on the road on Tuesday morning in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.

The accident took place on the Gorakhpur highway. All the victims, who belonged to Kanpur, had gone to Ayodhya to attend a religious event.
