'#3YearsofBilla2' Trends on Twitter as Ajith Fans Celebrate Three Years of Film's Release

Fans of Ajith make sure to celebrate the actor's films and achievements in a big way. Now, they are celebrating the three-year anniversary of Ajith's movie "Billa 2".

The term "#3yearsofBilla2" has become a top trending topic in Twitter India as Ajith's film completes three years on 13 July.

"Billa 2", which stars Ajith and Parvathy Omanakuttan in the lead, is a Tamil gangster film. The movie, which was directed by Chakri Toleti, is the remake of American crime thriller "Scarface".

The movie, which was released amid immense promotion, opened in theatres in Tamil Nadu with more than 90% occupancy.Though the movie garnered mixed reviews, the film collected more than ₹100 crore in the worldwide box office.

The movie was much noted for its action sequences and punchy dialogues.
