Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has launched the 2018 version of the Aviator scooter at a starting price of Rs 55,157 (ex-showroom Delhi). The Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer has increased the prices of Aviator by almost Rs 1,400 and the new version is offered in three variants.

While the Aviator, which is the 110cc scooter, remains very much within its styling and design in its new avatar, Honda has included an array of minor updates and features that add some freshness. In line with most of the 2018 edition scooters of Honda, the new Aviator comes with LED headlamp and position lamp, metal muffler protector, a front hook and a retractable rear hook. The 4-in-1 lock with seat opening switch made its debut with the Honda Grazia and has been added to the Aviator range as well. Consumers looking to buy the 2018 Honda Aviator also have the option of an under-seat mobile charger.
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has added a new Pearl Spartan Red colour option replacing the Rebel Red Metallic in the 2018 Aviator. The scooter is also offered in the existing Pearl Igneous Black, Matte Selene Silver Metallic and Pearl Amazing White colour options.
2018 Honda Aviator continues to be powered by a 109.19cc engine, which churns out 8bhp at 7,000rpm and a peak torque of 8.94Nm at 5,500rpm. It comes paired to a CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) gearbox. The 110cc scooter is also equipped with Automatic Headlamp ON (AHO) feature as standard.
Honda has recently launched 2018 edition of the Activa i at Rs 50,010. The company had launched 2018 Activa 125 at Rs 59,621 in early July. 2018 Honda Dio entered the market at a price of Rs 51,292 around May while the Activa 5G was launched in March for a starting price of Rs 52,460 (all prices ex-showroom Delhi).
