2015 Hyundai Elantra; Full Specifications, Price, Variants, Mileage and More

Hyundai India rolled out its new Elantra in India on Monday, 20 April, with updated features with a price ranging from ₹14.13 lakh to ₹17.94 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The 2015 Elantra received changes both inside and outside and mechanically, the car remains the same. Powered by 1.8 Dual VTVT Petrol and 1.6 VGT CRDi Diesel, which is tuned to dish out 147bhp & 178Nm and 126bhp & 260Nm respectively, the new Elantra is offered in seven variants -three petrol and four diesel. While the petrol model of new Elantra promises a mileage of 16.3kmpl, the diesel variant is tuned to give a return of 22.7kmpl.

From a visual stand-point, the new Elantra flaunts newly styled front bumper with projector headlamp, chrome insert front grille and new fog lamps. The side profile of the new Elantra gets 10-spoke 16-inch alloy wheels, electrically adjustable and retractable outside rear view mirror and chrome door handles.

At the back, the 2015 Elantra features dual tone rear bumpers, LED effect rear combination lamps and rear sensors and rear camera.

Inside the cabin, Elantra houses black interiors with leather seats, metallic scuff plates and aluminium pedals. On the safety front, Elantra gets six airbags, Electronic Stability Control, ABS with EBD and Hill Assist Control.
