Search engine giant Google is prepping stage in the US for the launch of new Nexus series devices from LG and Huawei later this month.
Technology site CNET, citing sources with the knowledge of Google's plans, has claimed that the company will send invites for a launch event in San Francisco on 29 September to unveil the new 2015 series Nexus 5 and Nexus 6 devices from LG and Huawei.
Huawei Nexus 6 (2015) aka Angler:
The Huawei made 5.7-inch Nexus smartphone's design language is said to be similar to the company's recently unveiled Mate S. Leaked images have also hinted that the upcoming Nexus 6 (2014) sequel will boast metal frame with square-shaped finger-print sensor on the rear-side.
It is expected to boast QHD (2560x1440p) display, Snapdragon 810 processor, 3GB RAM, 21mp camera with Sony IMX230 sensor, USB Type C port and Android Marshmallow OS out-of-the-box.
LG Nexus 5 (2015) aka Bullhead:
Unlike Huawei Nexus 6 (2015), LG's Nexus 5 (2015) is said to be sub-flagship vanilla Android phone. It is expected to sport 5.2-inch full HD (1920x1080p) display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor backed by 3GB RAM, 16GB/32GB inbuilt storage, Type-C USB port and a 2700 mAh battery. It is also expected to house 12.3mp main camera on the rear-side and 5mp snapper in the front.
