2015 Ford Ecosport Accessories Revealed in Brazil [PHOTOS]

Ford has introduced new accessories kit for 2015 EcoSport in Brazil.

Dubbed Tribe kit, the new accessory kit is offered in five sporty themes --Surf, Bike, Skateboard, hang gliding and diving. As the names indicate, the new body kits of popular SUV EcoSport are designed to facilitate the off road and outdoor activities.

The accessories include side vinyl, exclusive spare wheel cover, vinyl door sills, roof rack, crossbar, trunk tray and there is also bike mount on the Bike themed kit. The list also includes storage bags to help in carrying the smaller things like gloves and snorkel etc., and also to transport heavier things like surfboards, bicycles and diving equipment. Besides this, the new accessory list of 2015 EcoSport also has items to protect the car against scratches during off roading.

"The EcoSport is a car strongly associated with the spirit of adventure and outdoor activities and attracts customers for this reason. The proposed kit is to give the owner the option to customize the vehicle with the activity that he identifies himself, adding style at the same time and also convenience and functionality," Indian autos Blog quoted says Estevão Thosi , Ford's vehicle personalisation arm.

The Tribe accessory kit was designed and developed in collaboration with the Ford Service Engineering (R&D) units in Brazil and is available with a warranty of upto five years. The new EcoSport body kit has been announced only for the Brazilian market and for now there is no word on the availability of the kit in other markets like India. Word around the internet suggests that the new accessory kit will not make it to India.
