At least 16 people were shot at by unidentified gunmen at a playground in New Orleans in Louisiana city of the United States.
At least 10 of the total injured persons have been admitted to University Medical Center, New Orleans.
According to RT, the crowd included children and teenagers. Reports of teenagers being injured in the shooting has emerged, but not a single child has been hurt in the incident.
The incident took place around 7 pm (local time) on Sunday at Bunny Friend playground in the Upper Ninth Ward of the city
According to witnesses, two unidentified gunmen shot at the crowd of over 500 people who had gathered at the playground to film a music video, local television channel WWL-TV reported.
However, Reuters reported that there were "multiple gunmen" at the shooting site. Witnesses reportedly told the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) that "there were two groups that were firing shots back and forth at each other, and then ran off after each other on foot".
Several media reports from New Orleans said that Mayor Mitch Landrieu had later arrived at the scene of shooting.
