Chiyaan Vikram and Samantha Ruth Prabhu's "10 Endrathukulla", released on 21 October has been doing good business at the box office, collecting about Rs 5 crore on the release day in Tamil Nadu.
Latest reports suggest that Vikram has been hearing some Malayalam scripts and might make his comeback to Malayalam cinema soon if he is satisfied with a script. If reports are to be believed, Vikram will be acting in a Malayalam film after a gap of 15 years.
Since the actor hasn't confirmed the news, it remains just a rumour.
The actor, who has acted in Malayalam films "Dhruvam", "Mafia", "Sainyam", "Street", "Mayoora Nritham", "Indraprastham", "Rajaputhran", "Itha Oru Snehagatha" and "Red Indians", was recently spotted in Kochi, Kerala, promoting his latest release "10 Endrathukulla".
Vikram was last seen in Malayalam in the 2000 horror film "Indriyam", directed by George Kithu. The film revolved around a group of college friends getting trapped in a haunted forest.
The "I" actor also has "Marma Manithan", directed by Anand Shankar, in his kitty that is expected to be released next year.
