Chiyaan Vikram, who is busy with the promotion of his upcoming film "10 Endrathukulla", was recently in Kerala, which has become a good market for Tamil films.
During an interview for a popular news website, Vikram, who was a popular face in Malayalam during the 90s, spoke about his love for Kerala and Green chromide (Karimeen) fish.
Among the recently watched Malayalam films, Vikram liked Jude Anthony Joseph's debut directorial venture "Ohm Shanthi Oshaana" and lauded the performance of actress Nazriya Nazim in it. He added that he could find a "lot of life" in Nazriya's acting.
Being a good market, Vikram had earlier promoted his blockbuster hit film "I" in Kerala, where the film created history and did well at the box office. As per box office collection report, between 14 January and 18 January, "I" had grossed around Rs 10.73 crore from 225 screens with a net collection of Rs 8.58 crore.
Meanwhile, Vikram starrer "10 Endrathukulla" is set to hit screens on Wednesday, 21 October.
The film is also expected to make a mark at the box office and is the first outing of Vikram with actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
Produced by AR Murugadoss and Fox Star Studios, the upcoming Tamil action romantic entertainer has been written and directed by Vijay Milton.
The film also has Pasupathy, Rahul Dev, Abhimanyu Singh and Manobala in pivotal roles.
